High precision screen printer TC SP-160

Field of application

The TC SP-160 screen printer can be used for coating silicon wafers or printing display glass, and it is put to use for screen printing applications which require the utmost precision and flexibility.

The printer is designed for 12” and 15” screens and is exclusively servo-electrically powered, including scraper strokes.

It is equipped to be integrated into automations but can also be used as a laboratory printer.

There is also the option of equipping the printing unit with a servo-electric screen adjustment which can be expanded to a camera system, achieving a repeat precision of ± 12.5 µm.
